Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has added another law firm to its tenant roster at Court Plaza, a 335,000-square-foot office complex in downtown Hackensack.
In a news release, the firm said Carcich O’Shea leased 2,325 square feet at Court Plaza South, located at 21 Main St. Headed by Christopher J. Carcich and Sheila O’Shea-Criscione, the firm focuses on employment law, business litigation, negotiation, mediation and arbitration regarding workplace matters, among other practice areas.
Stephen C. Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing for Sanzari, arranged the lease.
“Court Plaza is one of Hackensack’s premier office addresses, and our clients and staff will benefit from conducting business here,” O’Shea-Criscione said in a prepared statement. “Along with proximity to the Bergen County Courthouse and downtown amenities, we value Court Plaza’s numerous amenities and conveniences, particularly the on-site covered parking.”
Court Plaza encompasses three buildings, offering a landscaped plaza with fountains and seating areas, covered parking, a full-service bank, shoe shine/repair and dry-cleaning services, among other services. The property is one mile from Interstate 80 and routes 4 and 17.
