A developer has opened the doors to a new 44-story apartment building in Jersey City, delivering nearly 450 luxury units to the city’s waterfront Liberty Harbor neighborhood.
Fisher Development Associates announced the launch of leasing at the property known as Vantage, located at 33 Park View Ave. With a mix of units ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments, rents begin in the low $2,000s.
“The pre-leasing period was a tremendous success with discerning renters responding strongly to Vantage’s impressive interior living and amenity spaces,” Brian Fisher, president of Fisher Development Associates, said in a prepared statement. “There’s no question this downtown architectural icon has quickly created a buzz in Jersey City’s apartment market by providing the opportunity to immediately enjoy a luxury high-rise lifestyle with move-in ready homes and a roster of incredible amenities that are open and ready for use.”
Since the construction phase, Fisher has touted floor-to-ceiling glass windows that offer views of the Statue of Liberty, Liberty Harbor Marina, the Manhattan skyline and downtown Jersey City. Designed by S9 Architecture, Vantage features apartments with nine-foot ceiling heights, high-end finishes and state-of-the-art appliances.
Amenities include a 24-hour concierge, swimming pool and a cyber café, along with a health club, children’s playroom and business center, according to a news release. Some of those features are concentrated in a sixth-floor outdoor amenity deck and 45th-floor sky lounge.
The Marketing Directors is the exclusive leasing and marketing agent for Vantage, which is near the Paulus Hook and Van Vorst Park neighborhoods.
“Our initial residents include people from surrounding neighborhoods in Jersey City and Hoboken, as well as Manhattan who have been drawn to the building’s designer homes, resort-like living and location steps from an abundance of dining, shopping and nightlife, and nearby transportation to New York City,” said Adrienne Albert, CEO of The Marketing Directors. “The first move-ins are fast creating an energy-infused environment at Vantage which is sure to increase momentum as we shift from our pre-leasing program into our public opening.”
