More than half of a former elementary school in Evesham will become home to a private education operator, following a lease arranged by brokers with Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
In a news release, WCRE said it represented the Evesham school district in leasing about 45,000 square feet at 400 North Route 73 in the town’s Marlton section. The tenant, Y.A.L.E. School, provides a specialized setting for students with disabilities from ages 3 to 21.
The overall building includes 78,000 square feet and provides access to Route 70, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike, the news release said. WCRE Vice President Chris Henderson and Managing Principal Jason Wolf represented the district and are marketing the remaining space.
Established in 1976, Y.A.L.E. School is a New Jersey state-approved private school for students with disabilities, the news release said. Y.A.L.E. School serves students with social, emotional, learning and behavioral disabilities from Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Gloucester, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean and Salem counties.
