The owner of a nearly 47,000-square-foot office building in Secaucus has inked two new leases at the property, in a set of newly announced deals by NAI James E. Hanson.
The transactions by Carlton Strategic Ventures LLC, the landlord at 700 Plaza Drive, include a 2,660-square-foot lease with One Main Financial and a 1,500-square-foot commitment by Integrity Staffing Solutions, according to a news release. NAI Hanson’s Josh Levering represented ownership in both deals, touting the building’s location within the mixed-used Harmon Meadow complex off Route 3 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
Levering has helped secure more than a dozen new leases at 700 Plaza since taking over as its exclusive broker in 2017.
“One Main Financial is a leader in offering nonprime customers responsible access to credit and Integrity Staffing Solutions is an employment staffing agency servicing the local business community,” he said. “They became interested in the property’s amenities and position near major New Jersey roadways as well as its proximity to New York City.”
Nicole Nannola of CBRE and Stephen Graziano of Colliers represented One Main Financial and Integrity Staffing Solutions, respectively.
“Companies that have the desire to bring their workforce back to physical offices are prioritizing quality facilities, location and amenities exactly like those found within Harmon Meadow,” Levering said. “I know these facets of Harmon Meadow Office Center will continue to be the selling point for companies as they reassess operating strategies and define their new post-pandemic normal. We’re proud to help our clients capitalize on this demand and attract businesses to their spaces.”
