Signature Acquisitions has hired Newmark to spearhead leasing at two office buildings along Interstate 287 in Parsippany, the firms announced Tuesday.
The larger property, Waterview Plaza, is a five-story, 130,000-square-foot structure at 2001 Route 46. The second building is Boulevard Plaza, which houses 86,521 square feet at 1055 Parsippany Blvd.
Newmark Managing Director Daniel Reider and Associate John Crawford of the firm’s Rutherford office lead the newly appointed leasing team.
“Waterview Plaza and Boulevard Plaza are well located with convenient access to local retail services and restaurants, as well as major routes and highways,” Reider said. “Recent property improvements include upgraded common areas and tenant amenities. We look forward to working with Signature on the continued lease-up of these buildings.”
In a news release, the team noted that Waterview Plaza sits at the intersection of interstates 80 and 287, offering views of the Boonton River and amenities such as a renovated café with indoor and outdoor heated patio seating. Boulevard Plaza, for its part, is a five-story, Energy Star-certified building with a renovated lobby, a shared conference facility and an on-site café.
Both buildings are also minutes from hotels, shopping and hospitality options and a host of residential properties.
“In today’s office market, it’s clear that businesses are increasingly gravitating towards the highest-quality office spaces in their respective markets,” said Sandy Monaghan, a senior vice president and director of leasing at Signature Acquisitions. “We look forward to our partnership with Dan and his team at Newmark to bolster the tenant roster at these two buildings and further elevate their respective profiles in the local market.”
