Sherwin-Williams and Community Dental will be among the newest tenants at a nearly 300,000-square-foot shopping center in North Brunswick, Levin Management said this week.
The North Plainfield-based firm announced that Sherwin-William, the national paint and supplies retailer, has leased 4,500 square feet at Brunswick Shopping Center. Community Dental, a local chain, has leased 3,400 square feet.
Levin serves as exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 288,560-square-foot retail property, which is located at the intersection of routes 1 and 130, according to a news release. Levin Leasing Representative Gloria Mercado negotiated the long-term leases, while Jeff Mullen of Summit Realty LLC represented Community Dental.
“We are thrilled to add a global home improvement retailer to this center’s tenant roster,” Mercado said in a prepared statement. “Sherwin-Williams is rapidly expanding across the United States and saw a void in this marketplace.
“Brunswick Shopping Center — with its strong demographics, strategic address and proximity to a host of national retailers — was an ideal location for the brand’s Northeast growth. As an increasing number of consumers embark on renovation and home improvement projects, we are confident Sherwin-Williams will be a wonderful resource for the community.”
Mercado added that Community Dental is a family-friendly group practice that will offer a range of dental, orthodontic and cosmetic services for pediatric and adult patients.
Brunswick Shopping Center is anchored by an LA Fitness health club and also includes Access Storage, Rainbow Apparel and Dollar Tree, among several others. Levin said the center serves a growing residential population of 271,000 people within a five-mile radius.
