A tire company has found a new facility in Linden after leasing more than 58,000 square feet at a seven-building industrial complex, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. said Tuesday.
In a news release, the leasing team said the deal with Ben Tire LLC brings the property at 2500 Brunswick Ave. to full occupancy. The tenant is taking 58,100 square feet at the 208,000-square-foot park off Exit 13 of the New Jersey Turnpike.
BRC Senior Vice President Jordan Metz and Sales Associate Ben Abbate represented the landlord, while Rick Marchisio of Lee & Associates New Jersey represented the tenant.
“Offering unparalleled access to the New Jersey Turnpike and I-95, with heavy industrial zoning, functional building specs and approximately one acre of tractor trailer parking, 2500 Brunswick Avenue in Linden drew significant attention and commanded multiple competing offers,” Metz said. “We are pleased to welcome Ben Tire and secure 100 percent occupancy in the approximately 210,000-square-foot complex.”
In announcing the deal, BRC noted that 2500 Brunswick Ave. sits at the confluence of the Turnpike and the entrance to the Goethals Bridge. The complex comprises seven buildings ranging from 25,000 to 50,000 square feet, with ceiling heights ranging from 12- to 26-foot clear, ample loading, wet and ESFR sprinkler systems and ample trailer parking.
