A wine and spirits chain is eyeing further expansion in New Jersey after acquiring a liquor store along Route 17 in Bergen County, brokers with The Goldstein Group said Monday.
The firm announced that it represented Bottle King, doing business as Upper Saddle River Liquors LLC, in its acquisition of the business and property at 380 Route 17 in Upper Saddle River. The brokerage team of Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein, Vice President C.J. Huter and Director Chris Conway also represented the seller, Wine For You Inc.
Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group, touted Bottle King’s nearly 50-year history and its growth to become the largest New Jersey retailer of wine, beer and spirits. The company has 14 locations in New Jersey.
