Lighting manufacturer takes 17,000 sq. ft. in Meadowlands

A manufacturer of LED lighting has leased 17,000 square feet of industrial space in East Rutherford, under a newly announced transaction by Chilmark Real Estate Services.

The brokerage firm represented the tenant, GenLed Brands LLC, in the commitment at 300 Murray Hill Pkwy. The company has taken roughly a third of the 49,210-square-foot building, according to marketing materials for the property, capitalizing on a location near the New Jersey Turnpike, Interstate 80 and routes 3, 46 and 17.

Chilmark Executive Managing Director Michael Marchese represented the tenant. A team of CBRE Vice Chairman Thomas Monahan, Senior Vice President Stephen D’Amato and Vice President Larry Schiffenhaus represented the landlord, Prologis.
