A new hot pot restaurant has opened in Little Falls, where it leases 7,000 square feet under a recent deal arranged by The Goldstein Group.
In a news release, the brokerage team said Li’s Hot Pot & BBQ occupies the former Six Brothers Diner building at 475 Route 46 East. The deal places it next to Montclair State University and along a busy retail corridor that’s also home to the likes of Amazon Fresh, Kohl’s, ShopRite, Barnes & Noble, McDonald’s and many others.
The Goldstein Group President Chuck Lanyard and Director Chris Conway represented both the landlord, Mandelbaum & Krupnick LLC, and the tenant.
“Li’s operates several restaurants throughout New Jersey serving different cuisines,” said Neil Goldstein, a principal with the Paramus-based brokerage firm. “The hot pot concept has recently taken off as consumers enjoy the experience.”
