A bagel chain in Monmouth and Ocean counties is adding a new location in Manasquan, following a recent transaction by Levin Management Corp.
The real estate services firm said the operator, Joe’s Bagel & Grill, is leasing 1,900 square feet at Wall Towne Center on Route 34. The eatery will join more than a half-dozen other tenants at the 100,000-square-foot property, which is anchored by a 71,000-square-foot ShopRite.
LMC Leasing Representative Kendal Hand-Freda represented ownership, while Todd Katz of RE/MAX Synergy served as tenant broker.
“Joe’s Bagel & Grill is a high-performing chain that has been interested in Wall Towne Center for quite some time,” Hand-Freda said. “We are thrilled to accommodate its space needs while bringing a new dining element to the property. This popular brand already has a strong local following, and its presence will strengthen Wall Towne Center’s position as the community’s central single-stop shopping destination — one known for its quality, complementary tenant mix.”
With eight locations in Monmouth and Ocean counties, Joe’s Bagel & Grill offers breakfast and lunch sandwiches, muffins, burgers and cheesesteak and other items, along with a selection of coffees and smoothies, LMC said. The restaurants also offer catering services.
“Wall Towne Center’s location and in-place retailers make it an ideal fit for us, and we are looking forward to serving new and existing customers from this location,” said Russell Grabow, owner. “Patrons love our large, hand-rolled bagels and the fact that we really offer a modern take on the ‘traditional’ bagel shop.
