A martial arts studio is coming to a Manasquan shopping center after agreeing to lease 1,600 square feet at the property, under a deal arranged by Levin Management Corp.
According to the real estate services firm, the space at Wall Towne Center will mark the eighth location for Master Park’s Black Belt America. It will join tenants including ShopRite, the property’s anchor, along with Ocean First Bank, Cherry Blow Dry Bar, Great Clips, AT&T Wireless and others at the 100,000-square-foot complex at 2433-2445 Route 34.
LMC Leasing Representative Kendal Hand-Freda represented ownership.
“Wall Towne Center always has benefited from a high-traffic location and a quality, complementary tenant mix,” Hand-Freda said. “Master Park’s Black Belt America is a well-established regional martial arts studio with an outstanding reputation. It will bring an added dimension to the retail experience at the property and drive significant, repeat traffic — an advantage for Wall Towne Center’s entire tenant base.”
Founded in 1989, Master Park’s Black Belt America has additional locations in Elizabeth, Englishtown, Franklin Lakes, Freehold, Marlboro, Midland Park and Wall Township.
