The U.S. government has leased 3,900 square feet for an Armed Forces Recruiting Office in North Plainfield, under a newly announced deal by Levin Management Corp.
The real estate services firm said the lease at 917 Route 22 East brings the 18,900-square-foot complex to full occupancy. CVS Pharmacy anchors the property with a 15,000-square-foot store.
“We are pleased to partner with our armed forces and meet their space requirements at CVS Plaza,” said LMC Leasing Representative Vanessa Fernandez, who arranged the long-term lease on behalf of ownership. “From a standpoint of demographics and accessibility, this property provides a great place to service the regional community.”
LMC, the building’s leasing and managing agent, said CVS Plaza serves a growing residential population of more than 233,000 people within a five-mile radius, with an average household income of nearly $127,000. More than 60,000 vehicles pass the property daily, the firm said, touting nearby retailers such as Costco, ShopRite, BJ’s Wholesale Club and others.
