A Bayonne retail property is now fully occupied after signing a lease with a Hudson County-based sushi chain, according to Levin Management Corp.
The location will be the third in the county for Yi Sushi, which committed to 995 square feet at QuickChek Center on Broadway, LMC said in a news release. The restaurant joins a property that is anchored by a 24-hour, 7,200-square-foot QuickChek on Bayonne’s main thoroughfare, sitting between 11th and 12th streets.
Leasing Represenative E.J. Moawad handled the assignment for LMC.
“Yi Sushi has established a large following in the community and, as a result, the owners wanted to expand their customer base within the city,” Moawad said. “The new QuickChek Center restaurant will be Yi Sushi’s first full-service site. Patrons can expect the same fresh, reasonably priced sushi for which the brand is known.”
Yi Sushi has another location in Bayonne and a third in Hoboken, the news release said. Its newest site serves a dense and growing residential population, with new multifamily development underway nearby on Broadway.
