A logistics firm has a new home at a South Brunswick industrial building after a lease arranged by Bussel Realty Corp., the real estate services firm said Monday.
In a news release, Bussel said it represented landlord Budd Development in the 41,770-square-foot deal at 5 Wheeling Road in the township’s Dayton section. BRC Senior Vice Presidents Stephen Nozza and John Cascio handled the assignment for the property, which is located near New Jersey Turnpike Exit 8A.
The tenant, DiPinto International Logistics, was represented by Blau & Berg.
“5 Wheeling Road’s strategic location is ideal for the new tenant’s logistics business since it is located equidistant between Boston and Washington D.C.,” Cascio said in a prepared statement. “We are pleased to have represented ownership in this transaction and have had a long standing relationship with them.”
The property offers 2,500-square-foot offices, a new roof and a waterproofed exterior, along with four tailboards, one drive-in door and two rail doors for loading, 20-foot ceiling heights, the news release said. Its new tenant is a full-service transportation and warehousing organization, providing a wide variety of services including transportation and storage programs.
