A veteran broker in the region has returned to CBRE after more than 15 years, joining the firm as a senior vice president in its occupier group.
In a news release, the company said Marc Trevisan most recently was an executive managing director with Cushman & Wakefield. He has represented several national and multinational companies in securing headquarters spaces, with recent clients including Integra LifeSciences, DSV North America and Mercury Lighting.
Trevisan previously had a successful run at the former Insignia/ESG and CBRE, where he was the top producer in the state in 2005. With his return, he is based in Saddle Brook.
“A 30-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, we are pleased to welcome Marc back to CBRE,” said Jeff Hipschman, a senior managing director with CBRE. “Marc returns to CBRE to combine his deep commitment to his clients with CBRE’s market-leading platform of global capabilities to provide clients with outstanding resources and results.”
In a news release, the firm said Trevisan has earned seven Broker of the Year honors from the former Gale Real Estate Co. and Mack-Cali Realty Corp. He has also received similar accolades from other owners and industry groups, along with NAIOP New Jersey’s Deal of the Year award in 2017 and 2018.
