A regional real estate firm has acquired a 28,000-square-foot warehouse in Lyndhurst, under a newly announced, $4 million deal by Team Resources Inc.
Brokers with the firm represented both the seller and the buyer, Solomon Builders, in the transaction at 1 Terminal Road. According to David Cantor, a principal with Team Resources, Solomon now plans to replace the existing structure with a multistory, state-of-the-art self-storage property.
Cantor and Greg Sholom completed the transaction for the Lyndhurst-based brokerage team.
