The longtime owner of a freestanding retail building in Burlington County has sold the property, under a newly announced transaction by Vantage Commercial.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said it represented Overbrook Associates in its sale of 470 Route 38, a 5,428-square-foot structure in Maple Shade. It also represented the undisclosed buyer of the property, which had been in the seller’s family for more than 40 years.
Vantage Commercial Executive Director Ken Richardson completed the assignment. The building sits on a heavily traveled stretch of Route 38 and is midway between the Cherry Hill Mall and Moorestown Mall.
