OUR ADVANTAGE
When selecting March as your Construction Manager, you are getting a true partner. President Lou March is involved in each real estate development project. We work closely with our clients and team to ensure we deliver the highest-quality product. Good communication and detailed planning are critical to our success.
We encourage our clients to use March’s signature preconstruction process. March can lay out the construction of each project before a single shovel hits the ground. We also provide value-engineering, an organized design process that optimizes costs and performance. Our seasoned experts achieve results with fewer errors, saving you time and money. Preconstruction is a major point of focus at March. We have been a mainstay in this area for many years and will be for many more.
March commits to being a leader in its community, supporting local charities such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, The Department for Persons with Disabilities, Adopt-a-Soldier, Tackle Kids Cancer, Queens Community Housing, Salesian Sisters, Special Olympics, WIN Food Pantry and more. We also sponsor local school programs and scholarships.
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
March was the construction manager for SilverLake, a 5-story, 232-unit apartment complex located in a vibrant neighborhood in the town of Belleville, New Jersey. SilverLake celebrated its grand opening in March of 2022. The area offers charming boutiques, trendy restaurants, coffee shops and proximity to the SilverLake Light Rail Station. Located less than 15 miles from Manhattan, The New York Times featured it as, “the affordable alternative to renting in the city,” with young professionals migrating in droves. This is a development by Klein Enterprises and Black Oak Associates, totaling 295,800 SF. “The SilverLake was a great project for us from start to finish,” said Bryan Murray, director of business development with March Associates. “We really enjoyed being part of the team with Klein Enterprises and Black Oak Associates. Their shared vision and attention to detail made for a great build and gives Belleville a development that will truly enhance the quality of life for the entire community.”
