The March of Dimes has picked veteran developer Jeff Milanaik as the latest honoree for its annual northern New Jersey real estate awards reception.
Milanaik, a partner with Bridge Development Partners LLC and head of its Northeast region, will be recognized on June 11 at the fundraiser by the March of Dimes Greater New York/New Jersey Market. Hundreds of top industry professionals are expected to attend the event, which includes a cocktail reception, networking, a silent auction and short program.
This year’s event, which will also include the annual Pynes Putting Challenge Championship Round, will take place at the Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus.
“For over 20 years, the Real Estate Awards Reception has provided a forum for March of Dimes to raise awareness about its work while honoring an outstanding real estate industry leader,” said Michael Klein, a managing director in JLL’s New Jersey capital markets team. “Jeff Milanaik is well respected within both the real estate industry and his community. We are thrilled to acknowledge his efforts as our 2020 honoree.”
Milanaik, one of the state’s most prolific industrial developers, joined Chicago-based Bridge in 2014 when he opened the company’s New Jersey office. As the lead partner for the Northeast, he is responsible for Bridge’s acquisition and development activities throughout the region and has completed transactions on nearly 9 million square feet since joining the company.
Previously, Milanaik served as president and partner of Heller Industrial Parks Inc. He is an industry veteran of more than 30 years and is a former NAIOP New Jersey chapter president, while currently serving on NAIOP’s National Executive Board.
The June 11 event will take place from 5 to 8:30 PM and will benefit the March of Dimes’ mission of helping to improve the health of mothers and babies. Presale tickets for are available through Feb. 1.
