A developer has sold an 8,020-square-foot Family Dollar property in Essex County for just over $2 million, according to Marcus & Millichap.
Brian C. Hosey, regional manager of the firm’s New Jersey office, said Thursday that it had the exclusive listing to market the net-leased property at 605 Scotland Road in Orange. Ben Sgambati, Alan Cafiero and David Cafiero, investment specialists with Marcus & Millichap, handled the assignment while also securing and represented the buyer, a private investor.
The property sits at the signalized intersection of Scotland Road and Tremont Avenue, the firm said in a news release. The firm said there are more than 15,000 cars per day on Scotland Road as well as significant pedestrian traffic.
