Marcus & Millichap has negotiated the sale of a 4,450-square-foot, net-leased Bank of America property in Clifton, the brokerage firm announced Tuesday.
The asset, located at 1045 Clifton Ave., sold for just under $3.838 million. Alan Cafiero, David Cafiero and John Moroz of Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office represented the private seller, while Eric M. Anton and Nelson Lee, investment specialists with the firm’s Manhattan team, represented the buyer.
“Single-tenant properties in northern New Jersey are commanding significant interest in today’s market,” Cafiero said. “Properties that have credit tenants are especially of interest. The large amount of deposits at this branch made this particular property interesting to the investment community.”
