Denholtz Properties has leased 54,000 square feet of commercial space in Eatontown to a Brooklyn-based e-commerce company, according to Zimmel Associates.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said Pep Electronics Inc. will occupy roughly half of the property at 541 Industrial Way West. Jason Zimmel represented Denholtz in the deal, noting that the 110,000-square-foot office and industrial building is just off Route 18, the Garden State Parkway and Route 33.
The property has 5,000 square feet of office space, two tailboard loading docks, 24-foot clear ceiling heights and recent renovations.
