A local investor has paid nearly $2.4 million to acquire a pair of office buildings in Cherry Hill, according to a broker with Markeim Chalmers Inc. who negotiated the deal.
In a news release, the firm said it represented both sides in the transaction at 401 and 403 Route 70. The properties span about 32,000 square feet and 3,700 square feet, respectively.
The brokerage identified the seller as Becca Inc. Kevin Burns, senior vice president with Markeim Chalmers, handled the assignment for the firm.
