Saddleback Real Estate Developers has leased nearly 70,000 square feet in Fairfield to a well-known distributor of medical supplies, the industrial owner said Tuesday.
The firm inked the lease with McKesson Medical-Surgical Inc. at 208 Passaic Ave., a building located just off Route 46. It is Saddleback’s latest transaction in Fairfield, where it has been especially active in adding to its portfolio of industrial property over the past year.
Saddleback Chairman Salvatore Frassetto represented the firm in-house, while William Waxman of CBRE Group represented McKesson in the 69,850-square-foot deal.
“Saddleback has significant holdings in the Fairfield market,” Saddleback President Terry Frassetto said. “We will continue to expand our presence here and in the (New Jersey) industrial market through quick and streamlined closings.”
Aside from being minutes from Route 46, 208 Passaic Ave. offers access to interstates 80, 280, and 287 as well as routes 3, and 23.
