An investor is the new owner of a 22,000-square-foot office building in Cherry Hill, following a $2.8 million sale arranged by brokers with Markeim Chalmers Inc.
A local investor has paid nearly $2.4 million to acquire a pair of office buildings in Cherry Hill, according to a broker with Markeim Chalmers Inc. who negotiated the deal.
