An investor has acquired a three-building, 10-unit apartment portfolio in Camden County for $637,500, following a deal arranged by Markeim Chalmers Inc.
The real estate services firm said it represented two longtime clients, Panayiotis and Agnes Theodossiou, in the sale of 142 Linden Ave., 157 Cooper St. and 159 Cooper St. in Woodlynne. An entity known as 300 Belmont LLC, a North Jersey-based investor, purchased the properties.
Markeim Chalmers Senior Vice President Kevin Burns, who negotiated the sale, noted that all three buildings are fully leased.
