A marketing firm is set to expand into an 11,000-square-foot office space in Moorestown, following a newly completed transaction by Rose Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage firm announced that it represented Signature Marketing in the commitment at 312 West Route 38, which is owned by Strategic Funding Alternatives LLC. With the new location, which is minutes from Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike, the company has doubled its previous footprint.
Rose Commercial Real Estate Vice President Brett Davidoff completed the transaction, noting that it has also represented Signature Marketing in a previous deal with Strategic Funding Alternatives.
“Brett Davidoff and the Rose Commercial Real Estate team are consummate professionals, and were instrumental throughout the entire process of this deal,” said Michael Kurkowski, an acquisition and leasing analyst with Strategic Funding Alternatives. “They have a great understanding of the ever-shifting real estate market, and we at SFA look forward to continuing our relationship as we grow in this market.”
