A marketing firm is set to relocate its New Jersey office within Morris County as part of a 25,000-square-foot lease announced Tuesday by brokers with Avison Young.
The real estate services firm represented both sides in W2O’s lease at 100 Campus Drive in Florham Park, also known as Park Ave at Morris County. The tenant, which is headquartered in the San Francisco Bay area, is relocating from Morristown and is set to move its offices in the second quarter.
Justin F. Dziama, senior vice president with Avison Young’s Boston office and Jeffrey L. Heller, principal and managing director of the firm’s New Jersey office, represented W2O in the transaction. AY Principal William E. McCaffrey represented the landlord, KBS.
“We are excited to announce the closing of this latest leasing transaction,” Heller said. “This was a joint effort with Justin F. Dziama … who is Avison Young’s national Account Representative for W2O. Our collaboration is another clear demonstration of our company’s partnership culture.”
KBS Senior Vice President Shannon Hill touted the building’s amenities and location as creating “a perfect home for W2O.”
“The appeal of this exceptional office park is reflected in its strong leasing activity, particularly with prominent tenants such as W20,” Hill said. “We’re thrilled to add this global organization to our growing tenant roster and look forward to continued leasing activity at the property throughout 2018.”
