The owner of a newly built, 30,000-square-foot office building in Burlington County has tapped NAI Mertz as its leasing agent.
The three-story property, located at 95 Marlton Pike West, sits at the intersection of routes 70 and 73 in the Marlton section of Evesham. Senior Vice President Rebecca Ting and Vice President Julie Kronfeld are leading the assignment for NAI Mertz, marketing 8,740 square feet on the first floor for professional or medical use.
“With its sleek, modern design, including a living wall installation, 95 Marlton Pike West is a trophy asset that grants prestige to the corporate image of its tenants,” Ting said. “It’s a perfect suburban office for a company headquarters or regional base of operations for firms looking to expand into the Philadelphia market.”
The brokers noted that the site is the former home of Olga’s Diner. Genesis Property Management redeveloped the parcel to build a modern office and medical arts building, completing the project last year.
Reproductive Medicine Associates occupies 20,000 square feet on the second and third floors.
“The available unit is in shell condition and can easily be built to suit the needs of any office or medical user,” Kronfeld said. “The clean slate nature of the space allows for configurations that meet the distancing requirements necessary in a post-COVID workplace.”
In a news release, NAI Mertz touted the site’s accessibility from throughout Burlington and Camden counties and its proximity to Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
