A health care practice has acquired a nearly 2,200-square-foot medical office building in Roseland, brokers with Newmark Associates Commercial Real Estate announced.
According to a news release, the buyer will open a new office at 189 Eagle Rock Ave. after paying an undisclosed price for the property. Brokers noted that the building is a former Labcorp at RWJBarnabas Health location, giving it valuable existing medical infrastructure.
Newmark Associates Senior Associate Dennis Giammetta and Senior Vice President Meryl Ehrenkranz managed the sale of the 2,150-square-foot property.
“The high traffic flow, abundant on-site parking and nearby residential developments naturally attracted buyers,” Giammetta said.
