An orthopedics and sports medicine practice has leased nearly 3,500 square feet at a Cherry Hill office building, Wolf Commercial Real Estate announced Friday.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said it represented Garden State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine in the transaction at 1030 North Kings Highway. The building, owned by Cherry Hill Equity LLC, will serve as the practice’s new headquarters.
WCRE Principal and Vice President Christopher Henderson completed the assignment for the Marlton-based firm, touting the building’s location in the heart of the Cherry Hill business district and health care corridor. This property offers easy access to Route 70 and proximity to Route 38, Interstate 295 and New Jersey Turnpike, along with the large number of health care providers in South Jersey.
Garden State Orthopaedics offers services such as orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, knee and shoulder surgery, MRI and physical rehabilitation, the news release said.
