Saddleback Real Estate Developers has completed a new lease at a warehouse in Fairfield, securing a 32,500-square-foot commitment from an e-commerce fulfillment company.
Saddleback Real Estate Developers has leased nearly 70,000 square feet in Fairfield to a well-known distributor of medical supplies, the industrial owner said Tuesday.
