An ophthalmology and optometry practice is relocating its Monroe Township office, under a newly announced transaction by Mercer Oak Realty.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said it represented Princeton Eye Group P.A. in its 11,874-square-foot commitment at 298 Applegarth Road. The practice, which has several offices in central New Jersey, is relocating its Monroe team from 1600 Perrineville Road.
Mercer Oak President Sab Russo completed the lease, with assistance from Paul March of Newmark Knight Frank.
“After being in our current space for over 30 years, the partners had a decision to make: either stay put and perform an expensive and inconvenient makeover, or relocate to a new, modern medical building,” said Dr. Dave Reynolds, PEG’s director of eye surgery. “Sab found the perfect space for our Monroe office and negotiated incredible long-term lease terms for our firm with most of the tenant improvements paid for by the landlord.”
Princeton Eye Group has additional offices in North Brunswick, Somerset and Princeton, with service lines also including Wills Laser Vision and Eye Surgery Princeton, the news release said. The practice will move its Monroe office early next year to the Applegarth Realty LLC-owned building.
The property, which was developed by TAK Group of Clark, is also home to Saint Peters Medical and DaVita Kidney Care.
