A neighborhood shopping center in Morris County has changed hands for $1.4 million, under a deal arranged by Midtown Commercial Realty.
The property, located at 389 Dover Chester Road in Randolph, is 98 percent leased to tenants including the U.S. Postal Service, Honeyland Farm and Express Cleaners. A team led by Midtown’s Cheryl Darmanin brokered the sale to 389 Dover Chester LLC, while also helping arrange leases with three new tenants.
“The sale of this property in an upscale suburban neighborhood exemplifies the fact that the western New Jersey suburbs are a great area for a retail comeback post-COVID,” Darmanin said.
The new tenants include Razor’s Edge Barber Shop, Dulce Aroma Bakery and Art Therapy.
