OUR ADVANTAGE
MINNO & WASKO’s staff has extensive experience in all forms of residential, hospitality and mixed-use construction. “Our designs are responsive to each individual market and are unique in creating projects that have lasting value to Owners and residents.” “We are about place-making and streetscape animation.”
We listen carefully to our clients’ goals, and their success becomes our success. Style, budget, ease of construction and, most importantly, end user satisfaction shape all our projects. We also listen carefully to the stakeholders in the communities in which we build. Their issues help to shape our design response and presentation to local officials and residents.
MINNO & WASKO has years of practical construction knowledge and code-related issues. In these times of challenging capital markets, we can assist in looking at alternatives to traditional construction methods and materials. Cost-effective time services help our clients maintain quality at a price that meets their budget.
We are proud to be collaborating with our clients and great team of professional consultants to lead in sustainable lifestyle design and innovation. Innovation gives our clients a leg up in competitive markets where health, sustainability and design leadership are key differentiators.
