A maker of decorative hardware for kitchens and bathrooms has leased a 67,000-square-foot industrial building in Branchburg, according to NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.
Chris Galiano, managing director with the real estate firm, represented Top Knobs USA in its commitment at 3 Millennium Way. The tenant is relocating from Hillsborough after outgrowing its previous location.
“We couldn’t be more pleased to work with Murray Construction in customizing to suit this Class A spec building that had been constructed and had sat vacant for 10 years,” Galiano said.
