A veterinary practice has purchased a 2,800-square-foot office building in Cranford, in one of two newly announced deals by NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.
The brokerage firm said the property, 245-249 North Ave. West, is a former Two River Bank branch. The buyers, Dr. Bohdan Kiyko and Dr. Nazar Pereymydida of Cranford PetVet, will use the space as a veterinarian office and animal hospital, serving the growing number of families that have added pets during the pandemic.
NAI DiLeo-Bram Vice President Richard Goski and Associate Catherine Goski represented the buyer. Mark Gerlach of Metro Commercial represented the seller.
In a separate deal, the DiLeo-Bram team represented the seller of a 1,600-square-foot law office at 1358 Morris Ave. in Union Township. Francisco Isern of Access Home Realty represented the buyer, who also plans to use the property as a law office.
“We are seeing an uptick in small business owners looking for buildings to acquire as the state is returning to a new sense of normal,” Richard Goski said. “We look forward to continuing to help owners and buyers structure mutually acceptable transactions.”
