NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. has completed the sale of a multitenant, 10,296-square-foot office building in Union Township, the firm announced Tuesday.
In a news release, the brokerage team said it represented the seller in the transaction at 420 Chestnut St. A private buyer paid an undisclosed price for the three-story building, which is close to the Garden State Parkway, Union’s town center and banking, retail and dining options, while providing easy access to mass transit.
NAI DiLeo-Bram Chief Operating Officer David Simon and Kyle Gerace, an associate with the Piscataway-based firm, completed the assignment. Moshe Shalam of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer.
“We were successful in attracting a buyer, in less than two weeks from when we commenced our marketing campaign,” Simon said. “Freestanding buildings that offer employees increased safety measures are very attractive to buyers and employers since the pandemic started. We are pleased to have executed this sale quickly on behalf of our client.”
