The owner of a Trenton industrial building is seeking a buyer or tenant for the nearly 30,000-square-foot property, brokers with NAI Fennelly announced Tuesday.
Located at 480 Lalor St., the structure is the former headquarters of Switlik Parachute Co., a multigenerational business with deep ties to the area. NAI Fennelly’s Jerry Fennelly and Matt Fennelly are marketing the 27,362-square-foot building, citing its access to routes 1, 29, 129 and 206 and connectivity to New Jersey Turnpike Exit 7A and interstates 195 and 295.
The asset is available for both sale and lease, they said, noting that it has 12-foot clear ceiling heights, one loading dock, a chemical storage room and fenced parking for 30 cars.
“Trenton has long played a pioneering role in the state’s historic manufacturing industry and today, its accessibility is allowing it to once again be at the forefront of the state’s burgeoning distribution and last mile economy,” Jerry Fennelly said. “480 Lalor’s adaptability and location ensure it is well-suited to meet the needs of today’s industrial buyers or tenants and we look forward to helping another business find its home in Trenton.”
