A flex building in Moonachie has changed hands, following a sale brokered by NAI James E. Hanson.
In a news release, the commercial real estate firm said it represented Estiluz Inc. in its sale of 235 Moonachie Road. GGM Investments LLC was the purchaser of the 20,881-square-foot, two-story property, which includes 2,841 square feet of office space and 3,121 square feet of showroom space on the ground floor.
NAI Hanson’s Tom Vetter and Jeffrey DeMagistris handled the assignment on behalf of the Hackensack-based brokerage. Team Resources represented the buyer.
Terms were not disclosed.
“235 Moonachie Road is a very attractive property in the popular Meadowlands industrial market,” DeMagistris said in a prepared statement. “GGM Investments was searching for a functional building to operate their business out of.
“We were able to connect Estiluz, Inc. with GGM Investments and reach an agreement on a mutually beneficial purchase price.”
The property features 22-foot ceiling heights and two loading docks, with a location in the heart of the Meadowlands, the news release said. The building offers easy access to interstates 95 and 80, along the Garden State Parkway via Route 3.
