A glass manufacturer has leased more than 14,000 square feet at a new industrial park in Sparta, according to a broker with NAI James E. Hanson.
The tenant, Glass Flooring Systems Inc., is relocating to 6 Aaron Way from Wayne. It will occupy 14,080 square feet within the 27,000-square-foot building, which has 24-foot clear ceiling heights, nine 14-foot drive-in doors, two tailgate loading docks and convenient access to routes 15 and 206 and Interstate 80.
NAI Hanson’s John Schilp represented both the landlord, 6 Aaron Way LLC, and the tenant. The deal comes three years after Schlip was retained to facilitate the sale of the 12 lots comprising White Lake Commerce Park, having brought several developers to the property to construct owner-occupied and spec industrial buildings ranging from 10,000 to 40,000 square feet.
“This transaction further illustrates the increased market for the state-of-the-art industrial properties located within White Lake Commerce Park,” Schilp said. “Sparta has a very strong and growing industrial market and these brand-new buildings are enticing options for tenants looking to relocate and set up shop. I am happy to help this property continue to grow through my work to help bring tenants like Glass Flooring Systems to Sparta.”
