NAI James E. Hanson has announced two new hires at its Teterboro headquarters.

In a news release Tuesday, the real estate services firm said Cameron Silverstein and Lorenzo Lambiase have joined its ranks as associates. Lambiase will work closely with Kenneth Lundberg and Patrick Lennon on industrial sales and leasing, while Silverstein will work with Mike Walters in his corporate services group.
Before joining NAI Hanson, Lambiase worked as an associate at Lee & Associates in Elmwood Park. He earned his undergraduate degree in finance and wealth management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is continuing his studies at the school to earn his MBA in finance.
Silverstein previously worked in delivery and installation at Home Supply LLC in Hawthorne, the news release said. In that role, he was responsible for assisting with the delivery of custom kitchen cabinets and interfacing with customers throughout northern New Jersey.

He recently earned a degree in business administration from High Point University, where he also minored in sales.
“Throughout our history, we have always been able to rely upon a highly experienced team made up of the best real estate professionals in the business to close deals in one of the most competitive markets in the nation,” said William C. Hanson, president of NAI Hanson. “We look forward to Cameron and Lorenzo’s valuable contributors to our team, as they help us continue NAI Hanson’s track record of excellence and build upon our legacy of superior client service.”
