NAI James E. Hanson has made another addition to its team of industrial brokers.
In a news release, the firm announced that it hired Susan Fox as a sales associate based in its Hackensack headquarters. She will work exclusively with Steve Pastor, vice president for NAI Hanson’s global supply chain and ports/rails logistics practice, on local, regional and national development projects throughout the United States.
With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Fox previously served as a commercial real estate investment sales advisor at Marcus & Millichap, the news release said. In that role, she was responsible for assisting developers, owner-operators and private investors in navigating the complexities of commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to that, Fox was a senior real estate attorney with Fox & Fox LLP. In addition to her current role at NAI Hanson, she also serves as CEO of Big Brain Investment Ventures, an investment firm focused on real estate development opportunities.
“With unique and constantly evolving real estate needs, our supply chain and logistics-oriented clients require the steady hand of experienced commercial real estate professionals to ensure they can meet their short and long-term business goals,” Pastor said. “Susan’s deep experience in real estate transactions will enable our team to continue to provide invaluable strategic counsel on behalf of each of our clients.
“I welcome Susan to the team and am looking forward to leveraging her knowledge and expertise to assist our clients.”
Fox holds a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and a bachelor’s in government and law from Lafayette College. She resides Pine Brook.
