A nearly 75,000-square-foot office building in Voorhees has changed hands, following a deal announced recently by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The property, 1000 Voorhees Drive, is a 73,044-square-foot, freestanding complex within the Voorhees Corporate Center. WCRE represented the buyer, 1000 Voorhees Drive LLC, in the acquisition from LSREF4 Rebound LLC.
Vice President And Principal Chris Henderson handled the assignment for the Marlton-based real estate services firm. He touted the building’s proximity to nearby retailers, hotels and restaurants and easy access to Interstate 295, the New Jersey Turnpike and mass transit.
