An industrial user is taking more than 15,000 square feet in the Somerset section of Franklin, under a transaction arranged by brokers with NAI James E. Hanson.
The real estate services firm announced that it represented the tenant, Tecno Spa, in the transaction with TA Realty. The user will occupy 15,040 square feet at 65 Clyde Road, a 160,000-square-foot industrial building near Route 27.
NAI Hanson’s Scott Perkins and Chris Todd completed the assignment.
“Industrial space continues to be a hot commodity, making it challenging for small and mid-size industrial users to quickly and easily identify properties suited to their unique needs,” Perkins said. “When Tecno Spa approached us to assist them in finding a space, they had a very short timeline contingent upon equipment being shipped to the United States and no home for it. Leveraging our deep local expertise, we were able to swiftly navigate the market and find the right building for them in a short time span.”
In a news release, NAI Hanson noted that 65 Clyde Road features 24-foot ceiling heights and three tailboard loading doors, offering access to Interstate 287, Route 1 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
