An area business owner has acquired a nearly 20,000-square-foot office building in Hanover, following a sale arranged by brokers with NAI James E. Hanson.
The real estate services firm represented both parties in the sale of 760 Route 10 West in the township’s Whippany section, according to a news release. The buyer, Michael Rose, acquired the two-story property from 760 Associates Inc.
Terms were not disclosed.
NAI Hanson’s Joseph Vindigni, Arthur Hixson, Barry Mayer and Andrew Kirshenbaum handled the assignment for the Hackensack-based firm. They touted the 19,900-square-foot building’s access to interstates 80, 287 and 280, along with Route 46.
“Our current low rate environment and elevated demand for office space has presented business owners with a prime opportunity to also become property owners,” Vindigni said. “The buyer recognized the prospect to purchase a well-kept, centrally-located building that provided the opportunity to operate his business and reap the benefits of long-term office ownership.”
NAI Hanson said the buyer is an entrepreneur with many businesses who was looking to expand his practice and continue to serve his clients.
