Vantage Real Estate Services has hired an associate vice president, seeking to add to its capabilities in development, land use and other disciplines.
The Marlton-based firm said L. Michael DiVietro III has joined its team effective immediately. He brings regional experience in civil engineering and land use planning with widespread expertise in many other parts of the industry.
The hire is the latest move by Vantage RES to expand its offerings and specialized services in the South Jersey region.
“Michael is a great addition to our team,” said Leor Hemo, the firm’s founding principal. “His role reflects his expertise in commercial real estate and his part in helping better serve our clients. He will lead us in further expanding our reach and specialized service into land development, economic development and aligning ourselves with local governments and municipalities’ development goals.”
DiVietro’s commercial real estate experience includes client representation, surveying, site conceptualization and design, permitting and working with private developers across New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware, according to a news release. He will draw from former institutional, commercial and large-scale real estate projects.
In joining the firm’s team of experts, DiVietro said, “They truly embody the principle that success does not come on its own, rather it takes a village.”
“The perfect combination of high energy and passion, knowledge, experience, and teamwork makes Vantage Real Estate the perfect place to apply and excel at my trade,” DiVietro said. “I am looking forward to doing good things for our clients and the greater community of which I live and work.”
DiVietro also has 10 years of experience as a paramedic in Camden and is currently a career firefighter for the city, the news release said. He also actively volunteers with several community organizations.
