A firm that specializes in magnetic materials has renewed its lease in Mahwah, where it occupies more than 13,000 square feet of industrial flex space near Route 17.
Brokers with NAI James E. Hanson represented Zohar Zisapel Properties Inc. and Radbit Computers Inc., the landlords at 575 Corporate Drive, in the deal with MH&W International Corp. They noted that the tenant maintains its headquarters at the two-story, 144,570-square-foot building, using it as a hub for its sales offices and warehouses across North America.
NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning completed the 13,227-square-foot deal on ownership’s behalf. MRH Realty represented the tenant, a sales and engineering organization specializing in the magnetic materials industry.
“The rental market for industrial/flex space in Bergen County has dramatically changed over recent years,” Lizzack said. “We are proud to have helped Zohar Zisapel Properties and Radbit Computers retain their tenant and secure the current occupancy level of 97.1 percent.”
In a news release, NAI Hanson said 575 Corporate Drive has three loading docks and an abundance of on-site parking. It’s also easily accessible by interstates 87 and 287 and routes 17 and 202, while users benefit from nearby retail shops and restaurants such as Starbucks, Home Depot and T.J. Maxx.
