Atlantic Health System has tapped brokers with NAI James E. Hanson to market a medical office building on the campus of Hackettstown Medical Center, the real estate services firm announced.
The building, located at 653 Willow Grove St., is a 40,850-square-foot property with 19 medical office suites ranging from 1,085 to 5,539 square feet. NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning are the exclusive leasing and sales agents for the building, which is ADA-compliant and accessible via routes 46 and 58, County Route 517 and the Hackettstown train station.
“Strong demographics and other growth factors will continue to power Hackettstown’s population growth in coming years,” Lizzack said. “Medical office space on a hospital campus is hard to come by but extremely attractive given the convenience it provides for physicians and patients.
“This building also offers a more modern environment compared to other inventory on the market and flexible layout make it a unique opportunity for a medical user to purchase or lease to serve this growing population.”
